A Train Runs Through It

Gus lived not too far from the railroad tracks. Twice a day, he heard the train rumble through on its way to deliver goods to some major city. Every time he was talking on the phone, the train seemed to be heard in the background. The eerie sound of the train horns warning of its presence as it crossed several roadways. Gus loved the sound of trains! He often wondered where the train went and what it was carrying and where the goods were going. One day, out of the blue, Gus decides to take a spontaneous train trip. Gus packed a large back-pack full of clothing, and toiletries and then headed over to the railroad tracks to wait for the train to come.
